Jim (owner/sales) was very professional and informative, and unlike other companies, he didn’t try to put pressure on us to place an order. Chris (surveyor) was very approachable, whilst remaining professional, and was very thorough. Extra special mention to Zoe (office) who was extremely patient when our order needed to be amended due to a minor structural issue. Her colleague Amanda (office) was also very polite, helpful, and responded quickly to emails. Connor and Haydon (installers) were very approachable and professional, and cleaned up after they had undertaken their work. They did a lovely job of installing our new door which we are both very pleased with. Thank you all very much for all your hard work and efforts which we both appreciate. We have no hesitation in recommending you and will buy from you again.

Had all house windows replaced , really happy with the quality of the product . Tim came out to quote and discussed all the options, ended up cheaper than trying to restore the wooden ones I had yet still looks in keeping with the traditional norfolk flint cottage as used pebble grey with wood effect finish and monkey tail pewter handles. Connor did a great job of fitting them , even though some areas were tricky to get to and the walls were uneven . Highly recommend.

We would like to say how extremely happy with the new windows and door you have supplied and fitted we are.
The two fitters who carried out the work were great representatives of your company, at all times polite and explained the process and kept the areas clean and tidy and did a great job.
We would happily recommend your company.

Sandringham windows have recently replaced most of the windows and doors at my property. For anyone considering replacement windows I can thoroughly recommend them. The product is first class and is markedly better than my previous double glazing.
The fitters are professional and very capable. As a former builder I can appreciate their skills. No detail was overlooked
Thank you Sandringham Windows

I would and will recommend Sandringham Windows Norfolk to everyone I know. All the staff that work there from the initial quote, surveyor, the office staff and the installation team are all first class. All staff members are polite, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The windows we purchased are beyond my expectations, the choice of style, colour, design, time frame and price are superior in all aspects. Have received many compliments from neighbours and friends.

There is no 'hard sell' - they just help you achieve what you want. I would recommend them to anybody.
