In most cases, planning permission is not required for replacement windows and doors. However, if you live in a listed building or conservation area, additional permissions may apply. We can advise you during your consultation and are happy to assist with the process where applicable.
Our products are designed to be low maintenance. For most of our products it’s just regular cleaning with warm soapy water and periodic checks of hinges and seals that will keep them in excellent condition for years to come. A full maintenance guide is provided at the end of installation.
